Ayurveda Pathology and Health Evaluation – 2 hours
Principles of Ayurveda Therapeutics & Panchakarma - 3 hours
Hands-on Practice of Ayurveda Therapies:
Shiro Abhyanga, Head Massage – 3 hours
Mukha -Abhyanga – Facial massage - 3 hours
Abhyanga - 40 hours
Shirodhara – 6 hours
Nasya ( Sinus and head therapy) – 6 hours
Preparation and presentation of medicinal oils and herbal formulas related to spa treatments – 2 hours
